Facade insulation and finishing work, 2018
We carried out the insulation and finishing works of the apartment buildings’ facades in the neighborhood of one of the stations in Tartu. With the installed fresh air valves, we provided fresh air for the residents of the apartments. New rainwater systems ensure that rain water cannot damage the renovated facades, which will stay beautiful and impeccable for a long time. Due to the fact that Tartu Folk High School and retail spaces are located on the first floor of the building, we used beautiful and durable aluminum composite plates in the renovation of the awning of the front facade. The color scheme used to renovate the facades has already brought us positive feedback from passers-by.
