Deckol, founded in 1998, focuses on three construction directions:

Renovation of apartment buildings

We are able to transform last century’s apartment buildings into modern and energy-saving structures in cooperation with KredEx and Swedbank. We also assist in designing and carrying out energy audits.

Facade construction

Public procurements and successful cooperation projects with large construction firms have given us the challenge and the opportunity for comprehensive development – we can carry out major works from objects protected under heritage conservation to high-rise buildings. Cooperation partners: Nordecon, Rand ja Tuulberg, YIT, Ehitustrust, Embach, Merko.

New construction and property developments

10 apartment buildings have been constructed from zero to completion. In 2018, the next 5 objects are being designed and worked on. We develop in cooperation with the real estate company Uus Maa.
